Sweet and summery for a windy day
Autumn tea is made on yet another of the Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen's popular recipes. It consists of only the best teas and is composed of both black, green and white teas. To make the tea sweet and delightfully fruity, rhubarb, papaya, pear, grapefruit, raspberry and rose petals have been added. A lovely cup for a stormy autumn day.

Autumn tea is a combination of black, green and white tea. In order to obtain the most optimal taste and maintain the good properties of the tea as well as vitamins and antioxidants, the infusion time of 4 min. using 85 degrees of hot water are observed.
