The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration

Any complaint about defects in delivered products must be made to Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen within a reasonable time after the customer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Customer loses the right to invoke the defect. The customer should indicate where the defect exists.

Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods ordered late arriving at the customer or the goods ordered suffer from defects when the delay or deficiencies are due to the customer's act or omission or circumstances that are outside of the Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen's control, for example, war, insurgency, unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like. Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen does not provide any additional warranty than the right to claim under the Purchase Act and of the Danish Act on Purchase Date, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen.
If Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen is informed that the customer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen will refund the amount received. If the customer makes use of the cancellation right, the customer must cover the costs associated with the return of the goods. Goods returned to UFRANCO or upon request are refused receipt. In order to trace a possible lost return shipment, the customer is requested to use PostNord or another internationally reknowend shipping operator. The customer must return the item properly packed and in original unopened packaging - together with the original invoice. Please state clearly that the right of withdrawal is requested and that the price of the product is therefore repaid. Østerlandsk 1889 Copenhagen recommends that the customer send the item back as a cautious package with PostNord or another internationally reknowend shipping operator. The customer may also cancel his purchase by refusing to receive the shipment. Return policy applies to all items sold as distance selling (for private). Return policy does not apply to goods collected in our shop nor sell to companies.

The customer is therefore encouraged to keep up to date information on changes. Subject to any pressure, taste and technical errors, for price changes and sold items, and delivery errors from Post Denmark.
