This coffee is grown in an altitude of 700-1100 meters in the Yunnan Province and imported directly from the plantation to Østerlandsk Coffee Roastery. The coffee was introduced in the region in 1892 by a French missionary, but not until the 1940's the interest of high quality increased. During United Nations Develoment Programme 7800 hectares was planted and processed in the finest way.
This gentle and soft coffee from China has hints of ocoa, vanilla and spices combined with sweet, fruity notes and almost no acidity. Long, delicious and slightly smoked aftertaste.
