Light to medium oxidized Chinese Jade Oolong from Fujian Province, which after steaming has been steamed over milk. The tea leaves have a beautiful green color, a freshness that characterizes the green teas and at the same time a slight sweetness.
Taste
This Oolong is extremely aromatic and has a soft creamy and light vanilla and caramel flavor. This Oolong version has a clearer note of caramel.
Brewing
To achieve the most optimal taste, the infusion time of 4-8 min. and 80-85 degrees hot water are observed.
What is Oolong
Oolong is a traditional partially oxidized Chinese tea, produced following a process that involves exposing the plant to strong sun and oxidation before the withered leaves are curled and twisted. Most oolong teas - especially those of the finest quality are made from particularly exquisite plants, which are characteristic of each area.
