Completely unique green tea, consisting of beautiful white downy shoots and thin leaves. This tea originates from a smaller province of Fujian - in China, located in the southeastern corner of China. The tea bushes are grown to about 700 m in height and the jasmine flowers used are grown locally.
The taste and aroma are added in the traditional way, resulting in a lovely soft and floral taste of jasmine flowers.
White King of Jasmin is a green tea and to achieve an optimal taste, an infusion time of 2-3 minutes is recommended.using 80 degrees hot water.
Jasmine is one of the oldest and best known aromas. The jasmine flowers are picked early in the morning and brought together with the tea leaves immediately after the heat treatment. The tea leaves then absorb the scent and taste of the jasmine flowers. The tea is subsequently heat treated again to remove excess moisture from the jasmine flowers. The flowers used are then removed from the tea leaves. Since the flowers are now completely dry and no longer contain any aroma, the flowers alone visually contribute to the finished flavored tea and thus do not indicate the quality of the tea.
