Classic green tea

Organic Sencha is a mild and soft green tea from China. Like all other green, black and white teas, also Sencha originates from the tea plant Camellia Sinesis. Sencha is often used in various green tea blends because it is mild and can therefore easily be combined with various ingredients such as fruits, berries and herbs.

Green "gunpowder" from China

A classic in green tea with leaves rolled like small balls. Gunpowder is produced in Zhejiang province of China. It is said that the tea has got its English name because the tea looks like gunpowder. In Chinese, Gunpowder is called the zhu cha, which means 'pearl tea' or 'pearl string tea'.

The tea leaves are first lightly dried, then steamed, rolled and then dried. The finished beverage has a yellow color. Extremely suitable both clean and in mixtures.

Taste

The taste is thick and strong like soft honey, as well as slightly smoked with an aftertaste that is a bit copper-like.

Brewing

Gunpowder is an organic green tea and must therefore be treated with care to obtain the most optimal taste. It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves for every 150 ml of water. The ideal tea water temperature for this type of tea is 80 degrees. For the first and second extractions, the tea leaves should draw approx. 3 minutes.

This is an exquisite green tea from the Tai Mu Mountains of China. The tea is hand-picked in early spring and consists of white, downy shoots and the two slender side leaves.

The brew has a creamy and soft aroma, delicate sweetness with notes of cane sugar.

Brewing

White Monkey Pekoe tea is a green tea and to achieve the most optimal taste and maintain the good properties of the tea as well as vitamins and antioxidants, the infusion time should be 2-4 minutes. and 80 degrees of hot water are observed.

Three weeks before harvesting the tea is covered by rush mats to avoid the rays of the sun. Gyokuro HIKI has long, needle shaped and jade green leaves and a unique, aromatic and slightly sweet and elegant flavour.

Classic jasmine tea

Green organic jasmine tea from China. Jasmine is one of the oldest and best known aromas used in tea. The jasmine flowers are picked early in the morning and blended with the tea leaves immediately after the heat treatment.
The tea leaves then absorb the scent and taste of the jasmine flowers. The tea is subsequently heat treated again to remove excess moisture from the jasmine flowers.
The flowers used are then removed from the tea leaves. As the flowers are now completely dry and no longer contain any aroma, the flowers alone visually contribute to the fully flavored tea and thus do not indicate the quality of the tea.
